  • Career

    Malthe studied dance in high school, then went on to study theater in London. She later moved to Canada, where she was cast in her first acting role, in the 1996 television show Viper. After a few more smaller television roles, Malthe was cast opposite Bridget Fonda and Bill Pullman in the 1999 thriller Lake Placid. She has since continued to appear in other horror films and is scheduled to star in the upcoming Transformers 2.
