Microsoft Windows 7 is the operating system which is scheduled to follow Microsoft Windows Vista. It was scheduled to be released on May 5, 2009, but was delayed until October 22, 2009. On December 27, 2008, Windows 7 was leaked on to BitTorrent, just days before its scheduled beta release.
