  • Second Life Killer?

    A number of sourcesAssociated Press: Google ventures into virtual reality with 'Lively' (July 8, 2008) have immediately argued that Lively may rapidly overtake Second Life in popularity, and possibly lead to the company's demise. Where Second Life requires users to go to a specific website to interact, Lively is intended to be on a number of websites, including Facebook and MySpace. Lively is also free, where SecondLife offers access to the standard services for free but charges $9.99 a month for advanced features.
