Kyuss was an influential hard rock band, considered by many to be the founding fathers of "stoner rock" (characterized by fuzzed-out, low-tuned guitars, huge bass lines, and thunderous drum beats). The bands original lineup consisted of vocalist John Garcia, guitarist Joshua Homme, bassist Nick Oliveri and drummer Brant Bjork.
