  • Brief Background

    David Hasselhoff starred in a early-to-mid-1990s crime/adventure television program. The show centered around agent, "Michael Long" and the smart car he used to fight crime named "Kitt." The series begins when Long is gunned down by a criminal and left for dead. A millionaire named "Wilton Knight" nurses him back to health, and when Long regains is faculties, is equipped by Knight with high-tech gadgets to fight crime.
