  • Aftermath

    Following the leak of the tape in January 2007, Hazell reportedly obtained a legal injunction against publication of the sex tape. Illustrating the difficulty of enforcing such rules, however, the footage remains available. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Hazell was reported to have been angry over the incident, both at ex-boyfriend Miller and the unknown leaker of the video. The following statement was printed in The Sun: "This was a private video that was taken a long time ago. I never meant for it to be seen in public. It's a disgraceful invasion of my privacy."
