Life and Career
Griffin began her comedy career in the early 1980s in Los Angeles, where she gradually transitioned from stand-up to TV and film roles. Her first notable role was on the NBC sitcom Suddenly Susan in 1996. She has also guest-starred on such series as Seinfeld and Ugly Betty and has had several HBO stand-up specials. Currently, Griffin stars in the Emmy Award-winning reality show My Life on the D-List that chronicles her everyday life. -
