Stiles grew up in SoHo outside of Manhattan. She attended Columbia University where she majored in English and graduated in May of 2005. Stiles was romantically linked to actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt in 1999. A year later, she dated actor Joshua Jackson. Stiles is a baseball fan and roots for the New York Mets. • Acting Career

  Stiles made her film debut in I Love You, I Love You Not in 1996. She landed her first lead role in the film Wicked in 1998. From there she played in more well known films such as 10 Things I Hate About You, Down to You, Save the Last Dance, and State and Main. Her more recent works include The Bourne Supremacy, A Little Trip to Heaven, The Omen, and The Bourne Ultimatum.
