Richardson has a sister named Natasha who is an actress as well. Richardson attended the The Thacher School in Ojai, California. In 1992, she married producer Tim Bevan. The couple had a daughter together named Daisy. Richardson and Bevan divorced in 2001.
On March 16, 2009, Natasha Richardson sustained brain injuries from a ski accident while on vacation in Canada. The New York Post reports that the actress was flown from Canada to New York, so that her family may spend her final moments with her before she is pulled off life support.New York Post: Richardson is Brain Dead (March 17, 2009) Richard was pronounced dead the following day.

Acting Career
In 1985, Richardson landed a role in the film Wetherby. She then appeared in Drowning by Numbers. In 1989, she played in an episode of Agatha Christie's Poirot. She has since appeared in Behaving Badly, King Ralph, Shining Through, Lady Chatterley, 101 Dalmatians, The Echo, Event Horizon and The Patriot. Her more recent works include The Affair of the Necklace, Maybe Baby, Nip/Tuck, Lies My Mother Told Me and The Last Mimzy.Categories
