• Jensen Ackles

  Jensen Ackles is an American actor who was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Before he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting, he was a physical therapist. He began modeling at the age of four and in 1997 he landed the role of Eric Brady on the NBC soap Days of Our Lives.

• Acting Career

  In 1996, he started to appear in guest roles on several different TV shows such as 7th Heaven and Sweet Valley High until he was cast as Eric Brady in Days of Our Lives as a regular from 1997-2000. From there he was in other high profile TV shows which included Dawson's Creek, Dark Angel and Smallville. In 2005, in possibly his biggest role yet, he stars as Dean Winchester in the popular hit TV series Supernatural along side fellow actor Jared Padalecki.
