  A Burbank, California, judge granted Hewitt's request for a restraining order against her alleged stalker, David Nolte, in January 2009. According to reports, Nolte wrote Hewitt over 100 sexually explicit and violent letters as well as arrived at Hewitt's mother's house in December 2008. The terms of the restraining order state that the 62-year-old Nolte must stay away from Hewitt, her ex-fiance, Ross McCall and her mother for the next three years.
