Janice Marie Niccoli, 37, is a "team mom" and supporter of a youth basketball team in Vacaville, CA, charged with two felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor after she allegedly had sex with a 16 year old player on the team. The basketball team is run through a private organization and is unaffiliated with the local public high school. Information has not been released about Niccoli's personal life or if she had a son on the team herself.
