Rodgers had a standout high school football career at Lamar Consolidated in Texas. His 136 touchdowns throughout his prep career broke the Texas state record. Rodgers was selected as the Texas Associated Press Player of the Year and Old Spice Red Zone and Built Ford Tough Player of the Year for Texas.Beavers Football: Jacquizz RodgersAfter making his debut with the Oregon State Beavers in 2008, Rodgers scored the only two touchdowns for the Beavers in the September 6, 2008, loss to the Penn State Nittany Lions.
