Large Gems Notes
- Select "Options", "Cheats", "Enter New Cheat" from the Main Menu.
- Strum each note or chord to unlock Large Gems mode.

- Pressing G from the "Cheats" Menu disables Large Gems mode.

- Note: Large Gems mode within Guitar Hero Aerosmith is rumored to be a specific cheat code that makes the "gems" (or notes) on the virtual fretboard much larger than normal. This page will be updated as soon as its existence is confirmed.
- Select "Options", "Cheats", "Enter New Cheat" from the Main Menu.
- Strum each note or chord to unlock "Large Gems."
- Pressing G from the "Cheats" Menu will disable this cheat.
