• April 23, 2008: A pirated PAL version of the action-adventure game Grand Theft Auto IV has apparently been leaked to various torrent sites around the web. The leak comes six days ahead of GTA IV's official release on April 29, 2008.

  The torrent version of the game is for the Xbox 360 console and is 6.32 GB in size. It was ripped by a person known by the username "iCON." Several GTA IV gameplay videos appeared on YouTube, but were quickly taken down. Because the leaked version is for the PAL region, it cannot be played on an Xbox 360 console from North America.

  April 26, 2008: It appears that the NTSC version of Grand Theft Auto IV has also been leaked.

• GTA IV Info

  Grand Theft Auto IV is an action-adventure game for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The game takes place in Liberty City, which is loosely based on real-life New York City and features similar landmarks and geography. The main protagonist is Niko Bellic, an Eastern European who travels to Liberty City to cash in on a money-making proposal from his cousin, Roman. Niko soon discovers that Roman does not have said cash proposal and instead runs a modest taxi company. Roman needs Niko to help him in various seedy affairs around the city.

  The game features 40 hours of gameplay for the main storyline, as well as an additional 25 hours to complete all of the sidequests and optional content.
