The Great American Bash starts with a recap of what has led up to tonight. We go to the arena and are greeted by Jim Ross. Time to go to the ring.

The bell rings and Festus goes nuts. The other wrestlers scatter. Hornswoggle gets tossed in the ring and is alone with Festus. Horny roles up his sleaves, but Festus is distracted by the others. Hornswoggle goes flying through the ropes onto the other participants.

Now the Miz is in with Festus, who takes it to the "Miztake." Jesse is tagged in. He hits some offense on MIz before tagging Festus back in.

Now it's Morrison and Finlay in the ring together. Morrison and Miz take turns working on Finlay. They use a mix of single and double team moves on Finlay, but can't get a pin. Morrison now locks on a sleeper. Come on now with a sleeper!

Finlay finally gets out and gets some offense in.

The ever-exciting Zack Ryder has now been tagged in, and he and Hawkins work on Finlay in their corner.They go for a pin, but Hornswoggle comes in to break the pin, much to the delight of the crowd.

Hornswoggle taga in and hits tilt-a-whirl on one of the Hawkins/Ryder guys. Horns is out quick and now it's Jesse who's in now. Hawkins or Rider shover Horny off the apron, and here comes FEstus. Jessie goes up top, but Festus is taken out and Jessie gets thrown from the top by Ryder (or Hawkins). They get the pin of Jessie and win the match. Hawkins and Ryder are the new WWE Tag Team Champions.

WINNERS: Hawkins and Ryder

Next is a surprise US Championship match. Matt Hardy comes to the ring. His opponent is Shelton Benjamin.

Matt finally mounts some offense, hitting a bulldog for a two-count. Matt they goes up for a second rope leg drop, but only gets a two. Hardy goes up again, but is caught by Shelton and tossed into the turnbuckle.

After some back and forth, Hardy hits a side effect, but can only get two. Shelton now has Matt up on the top rope, but he is knocked off. Hardy tries a moonsault, but misses (not sure if it was planned or not). Shelton capitalizes and hits his finisher (the paydirt?) on Matt. Shelton gets the cover and the win. Shelton Benjamin is the new US Champion. According to JR, he is the 21st man ever to hold both the Intercontinental and United States titles in their career.

WINNER: Shelton Benjamin

The match starts and Henry starts tossing Dreamer around the ring. He clotheslines Dreamer and steps on him. Henry continues to dominate Dreamer. I don't think Dreamer has gotten an offense in yet.

Dreamer finally gets some shots in, but Henry sends him right back down. Henry tries a splash, but misses. Dreamer hits a neckbreaker, but can only get a two-count. Dreamer goes up to the second rope, but as he jumps, Colin Delaney grabs Dreamer's arm. Henry capitalizes and hits a powerslam to get the win.

Colin walks back up the ramp with a smirk on his face. Didn't see the Delaney heel turn coming at all.

WINNER: Mark Henry

They have a stair-down in the middle of the ring before going at each other. Jericho sends HBK into the ropes, but is met with a big chop. HBK takes control and hits a boot to Jericho. HBK gets Jericho in some sort of leg submission until letting go.

Jericho sends HBK hard into the corner for his trademark flip. Jericho then bounces off the turnbuckle for a drop-kick, sending HBK to the outside. Back in the ring, Jericho goes to work on HBK. Jericho is now perched on the second rope. He jumps off but is countered by HBK.

Jericho now has HBK in the Walls of Jericho, but HBK gets to the ropes to break the hold. Jericho is now in control. He goes for a running bulldog, but is met with a clothesline. HBK goes to the top rope, but Jericho hits the ropes and knocks HBK off. Jericho heads to the top as well and tries for a superplex, but HBK knocks him off. HBK then hits the flying elbow.

HBK is now setting up for Sweet Chin Music, but Lance Cade comes down to distract Michaels. HBK knocks Cade down, but the superkick is broken up. Jericho runs at HBK, but is sent over the top rope onto Cade. HBK then hits a moonsault to the outside on Jericho and Cade.

Back in the ring, Michaels is now bleeding heavily from his "injured eye." Jerico sees the blood pouring from the face of HBK and lands some big punches. Michaels is disoriented as Jericho continues to tee off. Jericho pull HBK up, but Michaels quickly puts on a crossface. Jericho gets out and Michaels tries to get to his feet. The ref tries to keep Jericho away to check on Michaels. The ref wants to stop the match, but Michaels won't have it. Jericho goes back to work with kicks to the head of Michaels. Michaels is trying to get up, but Jericho keeps hitting him. The finally steps in and stops the match. With HBK unable to compete, Jericho is named the winner. EMTs come down to attend to Michaels.

WINNER: Chris Jericho

Jericho and Cade walk up the ramp while HBK is still in the ring being helped by the officials. He is finally helped to the back.

Edge is backstage talking about Triple H. He says that Triple H was out of line putting a camera in his hotel room. His personal life is now gone and now he's desperate. He says that Triple H has ruined his life, and now he's going to ruin his by taking the WWE Championship.

Back in the ring, Natalya locks in the sharp shooter, but Michelle gets to the ropes. Michelle puts a heel hook on Natalya. She applies the pressure and Natalya finally taps out. Really?! The crowd seems shocked as well. Michelle McCool is the first ever WWE Divas Champion.

WINNER: Michelle McCool

Jericho comes out to the ramp with a mic. He tells the fans he has breaking news. He tells the fans to keep their ticket stubs as this has been Shawn Michaels last match. Jericho says that Michaels has been diagnosed with a detaches retina and that his career is finished. Jericho says that sometimes the good guys do win and the wicked are punished. He says the worst has finally come for Michaels.

Looks like they are trying to make Jericho a monster heel.

And we're off. CM Punk locks up with Mr. Roids, I mean Batista. Batista takes an early advantage, but Punk hits some kicks to Batista. Batista then lands a clothesline and a kick to the head.

Punk gets back on offense with more kicks and a baseball slide. He then launches himself to the outside onto Batista. Punk tries to send Batista into the corner, but it's reversed and he's sent into the turnbuckle hard. Batista starts working on the lower back of Punk, but Punk fights back and kicks Batista to the outside.

Batista gets back in the ring and Punk lands more kicks. Punk goes to the top and hits a cross body. He tries a pin but Batista kicks out. Batista tries a Batista bomb, but Punk grabs the rope and fights out. He hits a high knee to the face of Batista, followed by a big kick to the face. Punk covers but gets a two-count.

Punk now tries for the GTS, but Batista counters. Punk catapults off the ropes and hits a big clothesline. Punk tries another kick, but Batista catches it and hits a big clothesline. Batista sends Punk into the corner. He tries to spear, but Ounk moves and Batista rams his shoulder into the ring post. Punk tries to jump on Batista, but he's caught and Batista hits a spinebuster on the outside.

Batista sends Punk back into the ring. Kane then rins down and attacks Batista. The ref calls for the bell. Kane gets in the ring and takes down Punk as well. Kane has his mysterious bag. He then kicks one of the cameramen, which was pretty awesome.

Meanwhile, the referee rules the match a double disqualification. In the ring, Punk raises his title, but Batista hits a Batista Bomb on Punk out of anger.

We go to the parking lot where a ring of cars has been set up. JBL's limo pulls up and he gets out wearing a suit and holding a crowbar. There is also no commentary for some reason. JBL is in the middle of the cars calling for Cena. JBL gets on top of one of the cars. Cena then drives another car into JBL's. Cena starts choking JBL with a pair of jumper cables. Cena pops a hood and slams it on top of JBL. Cena then attaches the cables to JBL's crotch and and hooks it to the battery for some sparks. Cena grabs a keg and tosses it at JBL, but it goes through a windshield. JBL gets in one of the cars, but Cena catches him and bounces his head off the steering wheel.

JBL now throws Cena into an open car door, knocking it clean off. JBL is in control as he slams Cena's head off the hood. He then hits a swinging neck-breaker to Cena on the car. JBL throws Cena onto another car, breaking a windshield. He then DDTs Cena on the roof of the car. He pins Cena but only gets two.

JBL then throws Cena face first through a car window. JBL loads Cena into the backseat of a car. JBL grabs a can of gasoline and starts to dowse the car in it. He takes out a lighter and tosses it onto the car, setting it on fire. A crew comes in with fire extinguishers and puts out the flames. Cena gets out of the car and goes after JBL. Cena throws JBL into the front seat of a car and gets in a forklift and revs up. He tries to impale the car, but it doesn't work so well. Then he lifts the car up with the lift and takes it to the arena.

JBL crawls from the car and Cena starts beating on him atop the stage. Cena then hits his inverted slam on JBL, right on the steel floor. Cena then hits the five-knuckle shuffle. Cena picks up JBL for an FU, then notices the car. JBL is able to counter and throw Cena off the stage onto the windshield. JBL pins Cena on top of the windshield and the ref counts to three. JBL wins, surprisingly.

WINNER: JBL

It was pretty obvious that the parking lot portion of the match was taped earlier in the day. It came off a little silly with the camera angles, edits and lack of commentary. However, it was still entertaining.

Let the 10-minute entrance begin. We'll start with Edge, who is out first. Triple H is out next.

The two are in the ring, FINALLY. The ring announcer introduces the two wrestlers and the bell finally rings. Edge launches himself onto HHH immediately. HHH sends Edge to the outside and send him into the ring barrier. HHH tosses Edge back in the ring and goes to work.

Edge now goes on offense, hitting a corner spear on HHH. Hard kick to the ribs of HHH by Edge. Outside, Edge sends HHH into the ring steps. Edge poses in the ring as HHH gets back to his feet. He gets back in the ring and Edge puts a body scissors on Edge.

Triple H finally breaks out, but it met with a dropkick from Edge. With HHH on the apron, Edge tries a spear, but HHH sidesteps and Edge is sent to the outside.

Back in the ring, HHH takes control with a face-buster, sending Edge back outside. HHH slams Edge's head into the steps, then throws him into the ring post. He tosses Edge back in the ring, but Edge is able to counter and hit a DDT on the outside.

Back in the ring again, HHH takes control. He tries a pedigree, but Edge counters. Edge then goes for a spear, but misses and hits the turnbuckle. HHH tries a pin, but Edge kicks out and hits a boot to buy some time. Edge sets up for another spear, but HHH hits a spinebuster. He goes for a pedigree, but Edge forces him into the corner. Edge then hits a superplex and both men are down.

Alicia Fox, the wedding planner, runs to ringside. She grabs the title and puts it in the ring for Edge to use. Vickie then runs down and and clotheslines Alicia. The fight in the ring until Edge tries to spear HHH, but hits Vickie instead. Triple H then hits a pedigree on Edge and covers for three.

WINNER: Triple H
