• "One Last Thing" is a mission in the game Grand Theft Auto IV. In this small mission, you get a visit from Jimmy Pegorino at a bar asking you to get some heroin for a buyer. Dimitri Rascalov is someone you'll have to deal with, but you've got bad history with him. You have two choices: take the deal to make a lot of money or get revenge.
