Elisabeth Moss is an American actress who portrayed the character of Zoey Bartlet on the television series The West Wing. Moss announced to USA Weekend's Kathy Rowings in late January 2009, that she and boyfriend Fred Armisen are engaged. Moss stated, "It happened just a few days ago, you’re actually the first press person I’ve told this to.
