  • Synopsis

    The series follows the Darlings, an extremely wealthy New York City family, as they live their lives on the edge. When the family lawyer dies in a sudden accident, his son, Nick George (Peter Krause), is hired to replace him. The family patriarch, Tripp Darling (Donald Sutherland), pays Nick George to clean up the family's messes and maintain a semblance of morality. Nick finds himself torn over maintaining his moral values and the seduction of power and money.
