Stewart/Newman Wreck
The day before the big event Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman were in a car accident. During the final practice, Newman's right tire fell off his vehicle. His car spun around several times. Stewart following close to the Newman and hit his car causing significant damage. Both drivers will use back-up cars in the race.AP Stewart, Newman Wreck (February 14, 2009) -
