David Foster is a Canadian singer, composer, and music producer who got his start as a keyboardist for the pop band, Skylark. He went on to produce albums for countless musicians, including The Corrs, Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Kenny Rogers, Mariah Carey, Andrea Bocelli, Michael Buble and Josh Groban.
Foster composed the soundtracks for several films, including St. Elmo's Fire and The Bodyguard. He also went on to score the theme song for the Calgary Olympics.
