Search Engine Watch
Prior to becoming editor for Search Engine Land Sullivan created a similar blog called Search Engine Watch. Started in 1997 by Sullivan the website has been sold twice since its inception. Sullivan remained as editor-in-chief until 2006 when he left to form his current blog Search Engine Land. Search Engine Watch was sold to Incisive Media for $43 million in 2006 and continues to run today. -
