    The SEC has charged Mark Cuban with insider trading for allegedly using confidential information in the sale 600,000 shares of stock in Mamma.com. The agency alleged that Cuban was invited to participate in a stock offering of Mamma.com in June of 2004 after he agreed to keep information about the company private. Cuban allegedly acquired information that the stock would be traded below its current market price. After receiving this information, he ordered his broker to sell his entire stake in the company (nearly 6% ownership).
