• Singer Brooke Hogan was involved in a car accident on May 25, 2008 in Clearwater, Florida.

  According to witnesses, Hogan's new Mercedes-Benz was hit head on by a speeding driver and pushed into a concrete wall.

  She believes her seatbelt saved her life.

  Strangely Hogan claims that just seconds before the accident occurred, she realized her friend wasn't wearing her seatbelt and prompted her to do so. As a result, they were both unharmed. The 19 year old driver of the other car was unharmed as well.

  The damage to Hogan's car was estimated at $3000.

  No charges were filed.

  Hogan's brother, Nick, was involved in a car accident in August of 2007 for which he was sentenced to eight months in jail.

  He was charged for felony reckless driving which left his passenger, John Graziano, critically injured.
