Silent Shadow of the Bat-Man is a two-part, 12 minute silent film that depicts the origins of Batman. The film, which was created by Andre Perkowski, is pieced together from several different sources which date back to the 1920s. The sequences in the film showing Batman are taken from a 1926 film titled The Bat.
Also featured in the film are popular villains The Joker, The Penguin, The Cat Woman, The Scarecrow and R'as Al Ghu.
