Ashley Scott is a television and movie actress who was born in Louisiana and grew up in South Carolina. She was a model as a teenager but eventually transitioned into acting with her first high profile roles: Gigolo Jane in Artificial Intelligence: AI and Asha Barlow on the TV series Dark Angel with Jessica Alba. In 2005 she would star alongside Alba again, this time on the big screen in Into the Blue. Before that role, however, she appeared in S.W.A.T., Walking Tall, and another TV show, Birds of Prey.
Scott landed the role of Emily Sullivan in the CBS apocalyptic drama Jericho, a show that was initially cancelled but was then brought back due to the response from a rabid fan base. Scott has also appeared in Just Friends with Ryan Reynolds and Amy Smart, and The Kingdom with Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner.
