Ashley Dupree is a common misspelling of the name, Ashley Dupre. Dupre, who has used numerous aliases, was the call girl, "Kristen," at the center of the Eliot Spitzer scandal. She has been subpoenaed by a grand jury investigation, and is set to testify against four individuals people who operated the Emperors Club VIP prostitution ring. Dupre is not currently charged with any crime.
In December 2008, Dupre was named as the "other woman" in a separation lawsuit between K.T. Mary Dunphy and Robert J. Oppenheimer Jr. Dunphy claims she caught the two in bed together and is seeking $1.5 million.Daily News: Bizarre Sex Suit Slams Ashley (December 21, 2008)
