Alicia Keys sang two duets, one with John Mayer and another with an old recording of Frank Sinatra. Kanye West collaborated with Daft Punk, and sang a tribute to his late mother. Fergie performed her song "Finally" with John Legend. Carrie Underwood performed her song "Before He Cheats". And the Foo Fighters played a song alongside Led Zeppelin bassist, John Paul Jones.
