ICTY Custody
While in the ICTY's custody, Seselj wrote a book entitled Felon and War Criminal Javier Solana. The book criticized the NATO Secretary General for his role in the 1999 war in Kosovo. Seselj also launched a 28-day hunger strike while imprisoned at The Hague after the ICTY denied his right to select his own counsel. -
