  • Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin found in milk, eggs, and leafy vegetables. Humans need Vitamin A to help maintain good vision, and to promote bone, skin and teeth growth. Many foods that contain Vitamin A are also high in saturated fat, so it is important to try to get Vitamin A from a variety of sources. Some other sources are: Sweet potato, carrot, kale, mango, spinach and apricot. It is best to eat these fruits and vegetables raw to get the most vitamins out of them.
