Virtual Reality is the use of technology to create worlds in which users can interact with the world and its contents in a realistic manner. The term virtual reality is used loosely in some cases when people are talking about telepresence which is different. Virtual Reality uses devices such as force feedback data gloves, haptic walkers, haptic vests, and head mounted displays to provide user input and output to the virtual world.
