During the 2007 NFL season, the Carolina Panthers signed Vinny Testaverde after both Jake Delhomme and David Carr went down with injuries. Testaverde started against the Arizona Cardinals on October 14, becoming the oldest starting quarterback (43) to win an NFL game.
