Vincent Cassel

French actor Vincent Cassel became a presence in French cinema in 1995 with the critically acclaimed La Haine and broadened his appearl in 2001 with Brotherhood of the Wolf.

Since 2004, he has appeared in several American films, including Ocean's Twelve, Derailed and Eastern Promises.

Cassel is the son of French actor Jean-Pierre Cassel, who appeared in films by Claude Chabrol, Luis Bunuel, Joseph Losey and Sidney Lumet. He died in April 2007 shortly after completing his final role in The Diving Bell and the Butterfly.

Vincent Cassel is married to Italian actress Monica Bellucci. They have one daughter, Deva Cassel.
