Brief Biography
Born in Minnesota, Vince Vaughn was raised in Illinois. Although Vaughn was a star athlete, he transitioned into acting soon after he was in a major car accident that would end his chances at making a career from athletics. He soon was able to appear in the 1992 film, School Ties. Befriending Jon Favreau on the set of the 1993 film, Rudy, Vaughn soon appeared in the role of Trent Walker for the indie-hit, Swingers. After Swingers, Vaughn went on to star in a number of comedies in the 1990s and 2000s, becoming known for his slap stick humor.
