Victoria de los Ángeles was a Spanish Opera recitalist who reached the height of her popularity in the 1960s. She made her debut at the Liceu in 1945's The Marriage of Figaro.
Throughout her career, De los Angeles performed at major venues all around the world, such as the Palais Garnier in Paris, La Scala in Milan, the Royal Opera House in Saltxburg and the Metropolitan Opera in New York. In 1992, she sang at the Barcelona Olympic Games.
De los Angeles died in 2005 of Heart Failure.
