The Veronica Mars Movie is a film that is in the works and is based off of the television series Veronica Mars. Rob Thomas, creator of the Veronica Mars television show, met with Kristen Bell to discuss the possibility of reprising her role of Veronica for the big screen. In February of 2009, Kristen Bell talked to MTV about the Veronica Mars movie, saying that Thomas was currently working on the first draft. Although she was not definitive about it being given a greenlight, Bell seemed optimistic. It was finally decided upon at the beginning of 2010 that the movie would not come out. Now there seems to be news of a revival of the Veronica Mars movie. Thomas and Silver are still working on it and looking into how it could be done.
