  • Setting Records for the Buckeyes

    While playing with Ohio, Gholston tied two previous records for quarterback sacks in a game, and 2 weeks later he had three sacks against their rivals the Michigan Wolverines enabling them to win the game. Gholston is one of two players that have sacked All-American Jake Long. Gholston won the Chuck Bednarik Award given to the best defensive collegiate football in the country. Gholston also received the Ted Hendricks Award for being the best college defensive end and was selected for the College Football All-America Team.
