According to Us Magazine, on April 2, 2008, actor Verne Troyer was rushed to the hospital with "flu-like symptoms". A source told the magazine, "He’s been working really hard on the film. They just wanted to hydrate him. Verne is fine and doing well and is back to work." Troyer was on the set of The Imaginarium Of Doctor Parnassus when he fell ill.
