Vanessa Hessler

Vanessa Hessler is an Italian model and actress who has worked for Calvin Klein, Giorgio Armani and L'Oreal. Her acting roles have included the 2005 the Italian TV movie Natale a Miami, and the major 2008 French release Asterix at the Olympic Games.

Hessler's first big-screen role was in one of the most expensive European films ever made: 2008's Asterix at the Olympic Games, with a reported budget of €78 million (roughly $121 million). In the film—which is adapted from the beloved French comic series Asterix—Hessler plays the female lead, Princess Irina, opposite Gerard Depardieu and Alain Delon.
