Vancouver is a city in the Canadian province of British Columbia and the third largest in the country. The city offers a large variety of restaurants and dining options that are well-rated and patron accepted. Vancouver is also home to many world-renowned chefs who specialize in international cuisines, while using local and regional ingredients.

Fine Dining
There is no shortage of well-rated, luxury dining in Vancouver. Just one example on a list of many is the West Restaurant, who has received fantastic reviews for it's menu and atmosphere from Zagat, Concierge.com, Frommer's and Fodor's. Located in the South Granville neighborhood, West's serves a "contemporary regional cuisine" in one of the city's most "innovative dining rooms."Affordable Dining
Lower-cost options are just as easily accessible as high-end ones in Vancouver. Some, like Vijs Rangoli, are even cheaper spin-offs of a more expensive sister restaurant. Their counterpart, Vij's, is located next door but is more moderately-priced and only open for dinner. At Rangoli's you can get similar Indian menu options for lunch, at a much lower price.
