    There are nearly ten luxury hotels in Vancouver listed on the Condé Nast Traveller Gold List for 2008. Among them is the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa, also a Travel + Leisure 500 winner. There are 82 rooms and suites, all furnished with antiques and original artwork. The four Penthouse Suites are the best and most expensive rooms in the hotel.     Vancouver also has a few budget accommodations. A great example is the Victorian Hotel, a Fodor's Choice, located in the heart of the downtown district.
