In September 2007 Van Halen embarked on their first tour in 22 years with its original lead singer David Lee Roth. Original bassist Michael Anthony will not be joining the group. He has been replaced by Eddie Van Halen's son Wolfgang. It was announced on March 3, 2008 that the tour would be canceled because Eddie Van Halen was having "issues". It was later revealed that tour dates were being rescheduled to restart April 24, 2008.
