Valentina Hasan was a contestant on the Bulgarian television show Music Idol. During her audition, she performed a muddled version of Mariah Carey's cover of the Badfinger song "Without You." Her understanding of English is such that the words "can't live" sound like "Ken Lee". She even refers to the song as "Ken Lee" by Mariah Carey.
The videos of her audition and subsequent appearances on the show have been viewed millions of times on the internet for their unintentional comedic effect. Her original audition is seen as one of the more embarrassing moments in the worldwide Idol shows, equatable to the original American Idol audition by William Hung.
