The state of Utah offers 5 electoral votes to the winner of the state's general election. Utah has been one of the most consistently "red" states in the past century. Current polls show GOP candidate John McCain leading by double-digits over Democrat Barack Obama. McCain has maintained a lead of at least 10% since his nomination.
