Nine female synchronized swimmers represented the United States at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. Since synchronized swimming was introduced to the Olympics in 1984, the United States has won five goal medals, two silver medals and two bronze medals.
The events were held at the Beijing National Aquatics Centre from August 18 to August 23, 2008. All nine members competed for the team medal while two team members, Christina Jones and Andrea Nott, also swam for the duet medal.
