The U.S. Department of Justice has determined that internet service providers should be allowed to charge for priority traffic. This determination is contrary to the current practice of net neutrality, which gives all content equal priority. Those in support of the two-tier internet include ISPs like AT&T, Verizon, and Time Warner. Those in favor of net neutrality include Google, [[Yahoo!]], and Microsoft.
