  • Uriel Jones was the drummer and an original member of the iconic Motown studio band, the Funk Brothers. His drumming appeared on such notable tracks as "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell and Marvin Gaye's solo recording of "I Heard It Through The Grapevine". Jones appeared in the 2002 documentary Standing in the Shadows of Motown, along with the remaining member of the Funk Brothers.
