Urge Overkill is an Alternative Rock band that cut their teeth on the Chicago Rock scene of the late 1980s. While the band released a number of acclaimed albums (and even had some moderate success on "College Radio"), it wasn't until their cover of the Neil Diamon song "Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon" was featured in the Academy Award-winning film Pulp Fiction that they achieved any amount of significant commercial success.
