  • Synopsis

    Up! tells the story of an old man named Carl (voiced by Ed Asner). As a young man, Carl fell in love with a girl named Ellie, and the two would fantasize about adventuring in South America together. The two got married, but Eliie died shortly after, and they never got to go on their adventure. Now, as an old man, Carl's house is being threatened by pending construction. Carl flies his house (by attaching a lot of balloons to it) down to South America.
