  • The University of Colorado is a four-year public university located in the city of Boulder, Colorado that offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Known as one of the "Public Ivies", the University has approximately 24,000 undergraduates and 4,000 graduate students and offers programs in Engineering, Biology,Architecture, Education, Journalism, Music, Law, Psychology and Political Science, among others. Colorado is also a Big 12 school and fields a football team (the Colorado Buffaloes) that completes in the Big 12 Conference. There is also a University of Colorado, Denver and University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
